We were home early last Sunday and I'm kinda in the mood to cook so I experimented. Here's what Ihave come up with only a can of cream of mushroom in my pantry :)
"Pork Chop with Cream of Mushroom Sauce"
Season your pork with salt/pepper.
Fry it until tender or slightly brown.
Add the cream of mushroom. I also added small amount of water.
Simmer for few minutes and you're done!! Easy peasy meal :)
And it's good too. I've done this meal many times. If you turn it way down when you put your soup in and put a lid over it, for 20 minutes or so, the meat gets so tender.
